you will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with mondelēz international policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

coordinate the staff development process at all levels of the organization and foster a culture of self-development by exercising leadership in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the work processes of the education and training pillar aligned with il6s, in order to achieve the business goals.
1. Identify the development needs of all the personnel of the organization aligned to the strategy and needs of the business.
2. Design and implement the different actions, training and development plans for 100% of the plant's operational and administrative staff.
3. Develop skills matrices for jobs, establishing the skills and levels required for the leadership, technical-functional, mandatory and integrated systems blocks (lean six sigma, tpm and high performance teams), as well as establishing plans for training and ensure compliance.
4. Ensure the process of identification, development and correct execution of the experts in the field (instructors), in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the training processes.
5. Ensure the use of one point lessons as a learning tool in all productive areas, as well as monitor their compliance according to the established indicator.
6. Efficiently manage the budget of the function and the suppliers involved in order to ensure the best cost-benefit.
7. Establish, complete and analyze the management indicators of the education and training pillar; identify opportunities, perform root cause analysis and ensure the implementation of actions that eliminate recurrence.
8. Promote the culture of self-development through the efficient use of the autonomous development center (computer room), use of the e-learning platform of the miu company, use of technical internships in the technical development center.
9. Efficiently lead the team of facilitators and owners of work processes in order to guarantee the maintenance and improvement of the education and training pillar, as well as exert influence with the stakeholders in relation to the fulfillment of the pillar's objectives.

- university degree in psychology, administration, industrial engineering and related careers.
- english: intermediate to advanced.
- ms office, mainly advanced excel.
- knowledge in management and development of training programs.
- 3 years of experience in coordination and manufacturing positions.
