Our representatives will be responsible for attending a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in our insurance services. Our representatives will verify if prospective customers are qualified for a better quote on their medicare, home or car insurance and if applicable, calls will be transferred to a licensed broker to follow through with their purchase. You will be expected to have the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment as well as meet kpi goals.
*responsibilities*:
follow with customers to identify if they qualify and perform a warm transfer to a licensed broker.
Comply with operational key performance indicators (kpi’s) such as transfer %, and average handle time
accurately document the prospects infromation within the crm system to provide detailed information for the broker
*what you will need*:
experience in high volume inbound/outbound call center environment
experience in soft sales, customer service & transfers is a plus
strong verbal communication and computer system navigation skills
predominantly english calls, small mix of spanish.
