the s&h manager is responsible for assuring a secure, efficient, and profitable logistics operation along dts operations sites. (cedis – cages)
is responsible for managing the logistics supplier (2pl) operation services, including handling, warehousing, and maintenance. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of services.

what will be your key responsibilities?
6. identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed, assuring the correct renewal of contracts with the logistics provider. (efficiency and quality)
7. develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics suppliers (2pl)
8. conduct regular performance reviews and manage supplier performance. (kpi and golden process)
9. conduct cost analyses to support decision-making, manage budget expense, aep and cost reduction initiatives.
10. resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers regarding inventory control and service.
11. ensure 2pl operations compiance with company policies and industry regulations. (ehs)
12. identify and mitigate risks associated with 2pl and landlord responsibilities.
13. establishes the implementation and standardization of processes and procedures for inventory and management of 2pls, assuring and optimizing budget and spending for all dts warehouses and cages.
14. has open, agile and constant communication with other areas of planning, transportation, sales, opex, s&op, to communicate, escalate and work to minimize or eliminate service, inventory, or distribution risks.
15. participate in value stream mappings that improve cost and service variables and projects that result in savings of time, money or effort and can be replicable and standardized. (dib)
16. is a leader of meetings and keeps the agreements in writing and they are shared for monitoring by the key players.
17. agilely escalates the problems that it identifies as opportunities and always seeks to work in a preventive and not corrective sense.
