position overview:
we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused marketing account manager to manage client accounts and oversee digital marketing strategies, including ad management, seo services, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, fulfill commitments, and have expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms. This individual should also bring strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze customer reports, and experience in cultivating client relationships to achieve superior results.
key responsibilities:
1. client account management: conduct initial consultations to understand client goals and provide tailored marketing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular zoom meetings and proactive communication. Ensure agreements are fulfilled, and clients consistently experience high-quality service.
2. sales support & upselling: support the sales team in acquiring new business and closing deals. Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance client outcomes.
3. digital marketing strategy: create and execute effective seo strategies. Develop and optimize google ads and facebook ads campaigns aligned with client goals. Monitor and refine marketing campaigns to achieve or exceed benchmarks like ctr, roi, and lead generation.
4. content creation: design visually appealing marketing materials using canva and adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator).
5. email marketing: develop and manage email campaigns to engage and retain client audiences.
6. collaboration: work closely with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and align with client expectations.
7. performance tracking: monitor and report on campaign performance (outcomes, progress and roi), offering insights and recommendations for optimization, both to the client and to the internal team.
8. notion management: track meetings, tasks, projects, and reports in notion. Update notion daily with all relevant client and project information. Maintain organization and clarity in all notion workflows to ensure team alignment.
qualifications:
required skills:
1. proficiency with seo, google ads and facebook ads.
2. skilled in canva, notion, and adobe tools.
3. strong customer service and sales skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. excellent organizational and time-management skills.
