*the technical support assistant (it) will support and resolve needs in the it area to ensure operational processes and participate in new implementations for the company.

*responsibilities*:
- internet knowledge (support and monitoring)
- knowledge of printers and scanners (support and maintenance)
- knowledge of computer equipment and telephones (support and maintenance)
- knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
- knowledge in servers
- use of physical work tools.
- knowledge of basic electronics.
- knowledge of electronic tools.
- knowledge of backups
- knowledge of microsoft office (excel especially).
- review the internal and external infrastructure of the company and respond to service requests.
- purchase of software and hardware
- general attention to users
- prepare work reports.
*qualifications*:
- computer systems engineer/computer science or related field.
- minimum experience of 1 year in the technical/it support area.
- english skills: written and verbal communication skills-advanced
