we are looking for a unique and talented individual to fulfill a key role as part of kalypso's global talent team.
as an it talent recruiter you will be working within a global talent team to drive the strategic growth of kalypso in the region.
you will be operating the full lifecycle of the recruiting process and engaging with leaders throughout the organization to ensure the success of our recruiting efforts.
*main responsibilities*:
- manage full cycle recruiting process for multiple pipelines
- conduct, coordinate, and schedule interviews with recruiting team
- keep applicant tracking system updated
- support pre hiring activities, including: coordinating background check, medical screenings and documentation gathering
- build and communicate job offers in collaboration with talent team leads
- work with internal teams to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the global talent team
- research and recommend new sources for talent attraction
- post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/universities etc.
- collaborate with campus recruiting events and initiatives

*requirements & qualifications*:
- ba, bs degree in business, communication, psychology, or other related discipline
- 2 - 4 years of relevant post-college work experience in recruiting
