Launch process engineer
what you’ll do:
align and follow up on new launches assigned to mxag. Lead a multidisciplinary team to complete as100 activities on time from tg0 to tg4. The lpe is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process meets specific product requirements. Responsibilities include:
1. participate in project cft from tg0 to tg4.
2. generate pfmea and process flow diagram.
3. line balancing.
4. production line creation on plm.
5. assist and participate in design revisions per as130 (dr1, dr2, dr3).
6. active participation in as403 revisions.
7. review and approve manufacturing part numbers.
8. participate and validate production manufacturing lines mbo1 and mbo2.
9. ensure physical components for equipment and tooling validation.
10. coordinate prototype runs, dv, pv, run at rate, and customer events.
11. create and release initial documentation for value stream.
12. ensure line and equipment installation.
13. fill customer capacity demonstration sheet.
14. transfer project to production process engineer during phase 4.
15. lead pfmea go, see & fix event per as106.
what is required:
industrial, mechanical, mechatronic engineer career or similar. Core tools (apq, ppap, fmea, spc, msa, and cp) knowledge is necessary, including:
1. minitab basics.
2. gd&t basic.
3. core tools (apq, ppap, fmea, spc, msa, and cp).
4. intermediate english.
