At kuadra, we are looking for a junior administrative assistant to work onsite in hermosillo.
the main responsibilities of this position are:
- managing the director's schedule.
- customer service.
- file administration.
- collection and follow-up with clients.
- keeping the customer database up to date.
- sending correspondence to clients.
- providing support to the director and department administrator.
- billing.
*requirements*:
- advanced english is essential (spoken).
- degree in business administration or related field.
- excellent communication skills.
- preferably 1 year of experience in administrative tasks.
working hours are monday to friday, sgmm (medical insurance), grocery vouchers.
