in this role, you will support a global company as sourcing analyst for it (cyber security).
responsibilities
1. support new projects and renewals negotiations for professional services and software – manage quotes, cost analysis.
2. support renewals and extension requisitions and contract storage.
3. support suppliers on invoices and payment queries with buydesk.
4. track & update key slas & kpis across various commodities.
5. stakeholder management – review trackers and update status on requisitions/po.
6. analytics support – track key metrics and report them.
7. support weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews with various stakeholders – review slas, kpis, highlights etc.
qualifications we seek in you!
minimum qualifications / skills
1. bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
2. some years of experience in dt sourcing, stakeholder management, tracking key metrics, slas, kpis.
3. demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, ability to document, plan and execute programs.
4. strong quantitative and analytical skills.
5. strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
preferred qualifications/ skills
1. demonstrated ability of presentation skills and knowledge of ms office suite, smartsheet.
2. strong business acumen and analytical capability.
3. demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence customers and peers.
4. demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
