Position overview: talent acquisition analyst will beresponsible for ensuring excellent service through the recruitmentcycle.

the sr.recruiter will serve as a subject matter expert in talentacquisition function and provide consultative direction andindustry expertise to the hiring manager of the respective areasthey are recruiting for.
responsibilities: sourcing candidates/recruiting candidates- - leading a detailed job intake meeting withthe hiring manager to determine position specifications, providingrelevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches tothe search or candidate requirements.
- source candidates viaresume databases, search engines and networking sites using booleansearch language.
- solicit and pursue referrals from businessnetworks and/or internal referrals.
- utilize proactive recruitingtechniques to hire qualified individuals, selecting individuals whowill provide value to department and business lines.
- conductcandidate screenings and salary negotiations.
- conduct candidatethrough screenings for any potential candidates.
- conduct salarynegotiations should we get to the final step with candidate.
-adhere to cost effective recruitment and advertising alternatives,within department budget guidelines.
- keep details trackers forevery open position that recruiter is recruiting for.
- updateweekly ta recruitment log with weekly updates.
- review everyresume to ensure that all candidates who are applying are qualifiedand meet requirements meet qualifications of job description andhiring manager.
- contacting qualified candidates within a timelymanner.
engaging candidates- - use an appropriate mix of media toconnect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.
).- prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logisticalinformation, interview schedule, appropriate attire and overallexpectations.
- keep candidates engaged throughout process,ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
-sending candidates all appropriate, company information, such asbenefits guide, holiday schedule, company website, company sellsheet.
evaluating / presenting candidates – - use independentjudgement to compare candidate phone interview notes, performanceand skills assessments with position requirements to determine ifthe candidate is a match for the role or a potential match forother open positions.
- partner with hiring manager and sr. Talentacquisition manager to determine offer details, using market dataand compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
-articulate verbal job offer to candidate and drive for candidateacceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers asappropriate.
- keeping an updated recruitment tracker for eachposition with all resumes presented and any other pertinent noteson candidates and recruitment efforts.
requirements: - 2-10 yearsprior experience in talent acquisition with full life cyclerecruitment experience - bachelor's degree and/or equivalent workexperience - bilingual (english/spanish).
- understanding ofmexican local and federal employment laws.
- excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
- excellent interpersonal,negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- ability to functionwell in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
