bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of hr business partner or hr generalist experience.
experience in hr in two of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, or employee relations.
ability to communicate in english and spanish fluently to support stakeholder management.
preferred qualifications:experience in talent management, performance initiatives, development programs, change leadership, employee relations, and employment law.
expertise in leading and implementing large-scale, global hr projects, including risk management, change management, and business readiness.
ability to effectively partner with and influence all levels of leadership, including vice presidents, to drive organizational change and continuous improvement across diverse teams.
ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and drive collective impact and change through influence rather than authority.
