bachelor's degree or studies in hospitality, high school.
2 years of previous experience in the position in hotels or luxury restaurants.
experience in dishes, cocktails, gastronomy, wines, wine pairings, wide gastronomic concepts based on the culinary diversity of the mexican culture.
fluency in spanish and english at 80% spoken and written.
shift changes between morning and afternoon shifts as needed.
