Role & responsibilities:
* failure analysis of main automotive assembly of primary customers dealing with 0km and warranty.
* schedule customer meetings to follow engineering changes until ppap approval.
* provide technical support to the different departments regarding quality system.
* coordination of problem-solving activities / 8d report.
* fttq action plan top 3 contributors / monthly reporting.
* scrap action plan for top 3 contributors / monthly reporting
* equipment validation / gage r&r.
skills & strengths:
* bachelors degree in engineering is required.
* a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a tier 1 environment.
* experience in automotive business.
* excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
* proficiency with microsoft office applications required.
