at our core is a passion to serve our customers with products and services that create connections, improves lives and allows millions to share the stories and experiences that matter.what you will do?- will coordinate all technical aspects of an end-to-end implementation of telephony products replacing legacy lines.- will manage the project according to the client's needs.- will provide communication and follow up to the project implementation, maintenance and operation.- will analyze and develops detailed project plan.- will perform (either directly or through other project managers) scheduling, tracking, reporting of the technical projects.- establishes and manages relationships with customers.what you will bring:- 1 or 2 years in project management, experience in telecom and it (preferred).- proficient-bilingual english language both written and spoken.- customer service.- bachelor´s degree- (preferred)
