the client you will work for provides the people, processes, and technology to service condominium associations, boards, and unit owners.
the customer service assistant is the intermediary between the receptionist and the customer service representative.
*job activities*:
- answer incoming calls from residents and clients
- provide coverage for staff absences
- work order entry
- obtain work order updates and follow up
- production of reports using industry software related to work orders, violations, etc.
- gather documents and materials for meetings
*schedule*: monday to friday 08:00 - 17:00 cst mx
