Bpd update
carry out the audit staggered
make sure that your people carry out the lab, spm, update the bpd,
support your lets in solving problems,
carry out annual mandatory courses
be attentive to the ptpmc
share report of important issues with your counterpart,
close the day with the daily production report and send it to management
