To strengthen our human resources mexico hub, we are looking for a senior business analyst to complete our employee life cycle hr core team.
*key responsibilities*:
- provide day-to-day support to success factors employee central end users across latam
- analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
- identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
- deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
- translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team
- support sf employee central technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders’ needs and the employee life cycle payroll it product group roadmap
- deliver is/it human resources project on time and within budget
- support business integration initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and divestures.
- support digital transformation with in human resources is/it
*required profile*:
- bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; m.b.a. preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant it hr sap hcm (om/pa) / sap sucessfactors employee central functional area
- project management experience preferred
- ability to drive continuous improvement
- experience working in an agile/devops environment using design-thinking methodology
- strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
- understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, waterfall)
- excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
- deep understanding of the it landscape in the functional area
- experience with effective communication in english at different levels of the organization
- experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- sap sucessfactors employee central certification is a plus
- experience with other sap success factors is a plus
- experience with abap is a plus
