enters sample orders in oracle system and merchandising/ literature orders in iron mountain system.
provides price and availability of parts to the sales force.
(30%)- enters sample orders in oracle system and merchandising/ literature orders in iron mountain system.
provides price and availability of parts to the sales force.
(30%)- provides customer order status and tracking numbers to the sales force.
escalates expedite or order status request to customer experience team.
(20%)- escalates technical and cross reference requests to tech support team.
(10%)- creates special pricing and sales reports in business objects system.
(10%)education and experience:- required degree: high school graduate- preferred degree: any bachelor's degree- years of experience: 0-2 yearswork shiftday (mexico - jalisco)
