This role is a key position within the organization and responsible for producing the overheads analysis and balance reconciliation of the main trading entities. You will be a technically strong accountant who is able to work within a team to produce timely and accurate accounts.
*this role requires to go to the office at least twice per month in ciudad de mexico.*

- assist with overheads and balance sheet reconciliations process.
- help drive best practice across the whole accounting function, working with the director of accounting to implement and drive controls and process improvements.
- produce detailed spend analysis to provide insightful information to leaders within the business.
- assist with payroll reconciliations on a monthly basis ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- work with the purchase ledger team to ensure data is correct at source.
- reconcile the balance sheet to agreed deadlines and provide analysis on movements and trends.
- working with the director of accounting to produce a monthly balance sheet pack for the chief accounting officer and chief financial officer.
- enhance existing month end reporting process and implement improvement where possible.
