*description*:manages corn & sorghum portfolio's strategy for mexico.
responsible for setting the strategic goals, including portfolio strategy, pricing, rout to market and marketing communications.- this role will be based in guadalajara (jalisco) as mexico's local hire.
*activities*- delivers the financial results for the category, including net revenue, contribution margin, volume and market share.- full responsible for p&l for the category.- leads cross functional product development business cases and product launches.- lead strategy breeding and product concept for the portfolio.- responsible for the inventory management & demand forecast.- defines and guides all demand creation activities working directly with the coordinator campaign, r&d, sales team, and agronomy staff.- accountable for all marketing programs, incentives, and crm, working directly with business intelligence, rtm and commercial excellence teams.- expected to directly interact with the crop protection leaders seeking optimizations, synergy and bundle opportunities.- direct contact with global platform leaders & marketing team.
*qualifications*:- 5 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance.- master's degree/mba.- fluent english.- agricultural industry knows how.- travel availability for all mexican regions.- more than 50% of time interaction with the market, customers, business partners and products.
