* n*position type* management*the director for midscale brand management & marketing, cala is responsible for driving brand growth and preference for midscale brands in the caribbean and latin america.
this role reports directly into the vp of brand & marketing and will work in partnership with global brand & marketing teams across brand management, brand marketing and pr on driving brand awareness and pulling through brand strategy and initiatives within continent.
this includes but is not limited to brand programming, brand education, integrated marketing campaigns, brand partnerships and activations.this position needs to collaborate closely with development, global design, cls, openings, l&d, public relations, and franchise teams.
this role acts as a brand advocate in the continent for the midscale segment.
