responsibilities at magnera emeia, we are currently seeking a recent graduate to be part of our exclusive graduate trainee program in the area of sales.
the wipes graduate role offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of functions in the b2b commercial environment.
the role will cover multiple areas of the business, in roles such as inside sales, product management and application development.
the role's overarching responsibility is to contribute to revenue, profitability and growth for strategic customers and projects within the emeia region by : managing volume, revenue and profitability analysis for wipes customers and commercial projects.
providing direct support to sales managers in the development of existing and prospective opportunities for customers and commercial projects to help the specialties team meet growth targets.
demonstrating flexibility to work across functions and projects during the graduate program and being based in different locations during the 18-month program.
primary responsibilities : proactive support management of accounts and commercial projects.
proactive support for achieving commercial sales targets.
contributing to handling leads for strategic accounts and customers linked to commercial projects, ensuring proper follow-up to maximize success ratio.
supporting kam and sales managers on internal and external customer reports and crm analysis.
coordinating cross-functional activities with other functions (mkt, pd, finance, ops).
developing in-depth research projects that enable insight into growth opportunities within the wipes segment, using data analysis, market research and customer interviews.
qualifications university degree and master's degree.
english is a must.
german & italian language skills are highly desirable.
experience with erasmus, internships or prior professional experience is preferred.
