Description
the hr location specialist deploys, implements and manages hr policies, procedures, standards and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for the employees at the location. He /she assesses hr related needs and drafts targeted initiatives that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.
Supports of hr location in:
employer branding / hr communications
- implementing and supporting employer branding road map and acting as an ambassador
- promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, students/job fairs)
- recruiting & staffing
- assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
*qualifications*:
- bachelor degree in administration, psychology or similar
- at least 2 years of hr or related experience preferable
