visión general
the talent acquisition technician will concentrate on fulfilling the hourly recruitment requirements in tlaxcala, and also offer hourly recruitment assistance to our facilities in santa clara, monterrey, and aguascalientes as needed. Your key duties will involve attracting candidates through various job boards, job fairs, and field recruitment efforts. You'll be responsible for scheduling medical background checks, following up on employee referrals, and having pre-onboarding discussions with candidates. Moreover, you'll organize interviews with trainers, supervisors, and union representatives, and confirm the acceptance of candidates with the supervisor while requesting the necessary hiring documents. Additionally, you'll maintain data analytics for hourly recruitment in the assigned plants.
responsabilidades
1. contact hourly candidates through various means (phone, email, etc.) to validate their interest and motivate them to participate in our process.
2. schedule internal interviews, send the invites, and keep the system records updated.
3. interview candidates to assess their qualifications by validating their profile, experience, interests, and commitment.
4. follow up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
requisitos
1. 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for hourly roles in manufacturing or logistic environments preferred.
2. a minimum of 1-3 years of experience and demonstrated knowledge of corporate human resources/recruitment is strongly preferred.
3. knowledge in sourcing for passive and active candidates through a variety of resources, including in-person recruiting, professional networks (occ, facebook, etc.) and referrals required.
4. familiarity with one or more applicant tracking systems - previous experience with icims ats is a plus.
5. bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial relations, psychology, or similar.
6. ability to approach situations with a high level of professionalism and a healthy sense of humor.
7. maintain clear communication and consistent follow-up with internal stakeholders during the recruitment process.
8. ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
9. ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
10. ability to improve, execute on and uphold recruiting processes, standards, and strategies.
11. administrative expertise that allows you to meet and exceed deadlines by managing and organizing your time, projects, and high volume of positions effectively.
12. advanced english level skills.
