job duties:
* assist the director of operations.
* organize travel reservations and expense reports for the director and vp of operations.
* support managers with travel reservations and/or expense reports.
* ensure that visitors comply with the company's internal security controls.
* maintain visitor safety equipment in optimal condition.
* provide administrative or logistics support to visitors.
* front desk attention.
* answering telephone calls from the site.
* actively participate with the hr department in organizing employee events.
* support with invoice receipts for building services.
* coordination of the use of equipment to employees.
* provide support with events or services for visitors.
* process and monitor corporate credit card personnel.
* receive and process travel expense reports for site executives.
you must have:
* excel proficiency on administration reports.
* written and verbal english communication.
* 1 - 3 years of experience on similar roles.
