- provide strategic direction and leadership to the guadalajara site.
- develop and mentor a high-performing team.

- ensure efficient and effective operations to meet production goals.
- implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
- maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- drive quality improvements and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- safety and compliance:
- maintain compliance with iso 9000/qs 9000/ts 16949 and iso 14001 standards.
- validate strategies related to health, safety, environmental management, and ethics in line with local, national, and global regulations.
- customer focus:
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing quality services and timely issue resolution.
- collaborate with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- innovation and transformation:
- lead transformation initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
- encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
- drive change management processes effectively.
*who are you*
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing or operations leadership role.
- strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- proven record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- advanced english proficiency.

- experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- proficient in sap and advanced use of microsoft office tools (word, excel, powerpoint).
