Real estate transaction coordinator wanted!
Rexmont, the most 5 star google reviewed real estate company in washington state usa, is seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented and driven real estate transaction coordinator to oversee and manage listings and purchase transactions for home sellers. As our listing manager, your responsibilities will include:
- onboarding 15-20 new buyer/seller clients per month
- processing all new contracts for purchase/sale & listing agreements & addenda
- follow up and through in completing pending contract tasks with buyers and sellers
- overseeing home preparation tasks carried out by your direct report client concierge
- setting up & marketing listings through mls, social media, open houses, broker tours (you’ll be supported by your direct report
- digital marketing manager)
- obtaining and auditing all listing supplements and paperwork
- writing compelling listing descriptions
- quality checking work performed by vendors - photos, staging, etc.
- analyzing market data & competitively pricing homes
- communicating weekly with sellers on showings and marketing
communicating weekly with buyers on contract benchmarks
- support our listing team lead
- building relationships with agents to drive more showings
- ensuring listing and transaction documents comply with laws
- resolving any disputes with vendors, contractors or clients
- coordinating lockboxes, signs, flyers, and other marketing materials
- attending final walkthroughs before listings go live
qualifications:
- real estate knowledge 2+ years
- energetic and positive attitude
- excellent communication skills
- white-glove service mentality
- team player (contributor to the team)
- world class communication skills i.e. (you will be communicating with different professionals around the office and we expect your communication is vital to support the company’s image.
- world class problem solving skills i.e. mapping out solutions for clients and team members with a solid path for execution
- undergraduate student with proven leadership and work experience welcome to apply
- bachelor’s degree finance, business management, marketing, project management, communication, or related work experience.
- master degree preferred; but not required
- sales background preferred but not required (stock broker, financial advisor, insurance agent, real estate agent, transaction coordinator, office manager)
- avid reader (designated books read over the month to improve system process)
- sharp listener
this position demands an individual driven by details. You will take full ownership of ensuring checklists and company standards are met. Repetitive tasks are part of the role.
Schedule:
- monday - friday 9 - 6pm usa pacific time

- 8 hour shift
