11320. Work schedule: the schedule for this role will be rotating based on work requirements, with shifts distributed between monday to saturday.
please note that employees will always have two days off per week, which may not necessarily fall on consecutive days.
the rotating shifts are as follows (all times are in cdmx timezone):
9:00 am to 6:00 pm10:00 am to 7:00 pm11:00 am to 8:00 pmcandidates must be flexible and available to work within these rotating shifts.
responsibilities? Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
? Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
? Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
? Analyze client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
? Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes that positively impact the client experience.
? Ensure clear and effective communication between the organization and clients.
? Provide clients with regular updates, relevant information, and educational materials.
? Address and resolve client issues, complaints, or escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
? Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring issues.
? Educate clients about products, services, and features to maximize their utilization and satisfaction.
? Create and distribute informational materials to support client understanding.
? Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align client experience initiatives with overall business goals.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless services to clients.
? Establish and monitor key performance indicators (kpis) related to client satisfaction and engagement.
? Prepare and present regular reports on client experience metrics to management.
? Perform other related duties, as assigned.
qualifications? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
? Proven experience in client management or customer service roles.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
? Analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
? Familiarity with crm software and customer feedback tools.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
? Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
