you will partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure the platform continues to meet current and future business requirementsprimary responsibilities:system administration- modify, design, configure, test, and deploy system and portal changes - including but not limited to fields, tables, forms, views, charts, reports, dashboards (including power bi), business processes, workflows / power automate, templates, entity forms, entity lists, web pages, page templates, and web roles- monitor existing and future integrations to ensure system processes are properly working and suggest changes if not optimized- review existing dev.
and customizations suggesting migration paths to out-of-box features sets- create, monitor, and reconcile data hygiene protocols such as duplicate detection rules, optimizing database for operational and strategic reporting- work with global teams on business requirements for existing or future processes, developing technical and functional specs, and implementing through d365 and powerapps portals- work with demand generation to optimize the lead-to-opportunity process utilizing synergies between d365 marketing and d365 sales- monitor and maintain security to ensure existing and new users have proper access.
includes administering user accounts through azure, permissions, security role, web roles- capacity to make recommendations to leadership on system and process improvements and then fully implement the updates, upgrades, enhancements- stay up to date on current and roadmap features and releases in the d365 stacksystem and user support- assist internal and external users with questions, issues resolution, and bug fixes.
working with microsoft support or 3rd party partner when needed- partner with global resources to support users with system functionality and data entry- document and centrally store system processes, workflows, and field mappings- conduct train-the-trainer sessions on new features and processesadditional skill qualifications & requirements:- minimum 1 year experience with d365 sales and powerapps portals- experience designing, configuring, and deploying d365 solutions across environments- strong verbal and written communication in english- ability to work independently, reporting to management when needed- familiarity with power bi data modeling and front-end visual buildout- ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment with changing priorities- intellectual curiositytipo de puesto: tiempo completosalario: $65,000.00 - $70,000
