*key responsibilities*:- conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial, political, economic, and legal conditions in international markets, particularly in the energy sector.- gather market intelligence from external sources such as government offices, associations, conventions, and chambers of commerce.- prepare detailed reports and presentations with actionable insights to guide business development strategies.- participate in industry conferences, expos, and meetings to gain valuable business intelligence and maintain industry awareness.- provide key contextual information to the sales team to support the development of commercial relationships (note: not involved in direct sales processes).- create visual reports using tools such as powerpoint, ensuring that the information is accessible and easily understandable for stakeholders.
