the role
we are looking for an account manager to join our customer experience team to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries, and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of making new customers, onboarding them, creating long-term relationships, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
what will you be doing
1. build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
2. provide after-sales support to retain customers.
3. identify upsell opportunities and generate a minimum of revenue from each client.
4. ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
5. recognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
6. you are analytical, organized, and a great multitasker.
7. you have a digital profile: you enjoy and adapt easily to new tech tools.
8. you are interested in the b2b saas environment.
9. you are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
10. you are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
11. you have dealt with retention cases.
12. you have previous experience in a customer service/account management position, preferably in online support.
13. a proficient level of italian is required & professional english. we are international!
