We are currently seeking a qc easyplant document controller lead, reporting directly to the field engineering manager to join our engineering team based in ensenada, baja california, mexico.
about the job
ensures that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged, and controlled using project applied systems. Prepares reports and fixes identified problems.
main accountabilities:
* creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepares documents for transmittal to the client according to project-specific procedures.
* analyzes and controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and company procedures (including confidentiality).
* participates in the development, maintenance, and improvement of departmental/projects document control work processes.
* handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure.
* participates in meetings, as required.
* checks document and transmittal quality according to the checklist for document control.
* manages supplier documentation.
* collects information for reports.
about you

* high school diploma (professional/technical diploma preferred).
* up to 4 years of experience.
* fundamental experience in a similar role.
* professional english.
