Our team provides valuable financial insight to the business for key areas such as planning, budgeting and forecasting.*shape your financial planning strategy*as a billing analyst you will collaborate with our sales and operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.as a billing analyst, you will be responsible for:- facilitating order management - process order intake and input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing, and collection activities.- monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data, as well as maintaining sap job data entries.- preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system.- maintaining contact for customer inquiries and customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.- working with people from the business unit. Contacts are under the guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.- handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.- handling targeted clients.
