1. must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
2. must have at least two (2) years of related work experience.
3. excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
5. proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
6. strong business sense and industry expertise.
7. amenable to work in tarlac.
8. collaborate with lead brokers to encourage overall developments and actualization of sales targets and objectives.
9. responsible for preparing the planning of yearly reports and targets.
10. analyze sales performance and propose recommendations.
11. formulate marketing policies and perform market studies.
12. organize, plan, and prepare events, outings, and meetings for brokers or agents.
13. conduct orientation and training for new aspiring sales agents.
