*what you will do?

responsible for generating orders at existing accounts, add new independent accounts, increase sales on a specific line of business (hvac & controls)
frontline seller that generally focusses on medium to large sized accounts, offering technically complex or a breadth of solutions.
*how you will do it?
*
- establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts / installation projects by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies
- determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings
- close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives
- develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan
- conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates
- maintain correct and complete records of all sales related activities
- submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
- develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that johnson controls is meeting their requirements to ensure long-term customer loyalty
*what we look for?

- bachelor's degree in industrial, mechatronics, electrical, or electronica engineering.
- medium english level -conversational and technical
- proven experience in industrial sectors.
- sales experience (>= 5 y)
- experience handling hvac or refrigerant systems.
- at least 2 years experience in sales in industrial markets, or hospitality markets.
- availability to travel (up to 50% of the time).
- consultative sales experience
- experience conducting prospecting new accounts.
- experience dealing with general contractors or epcs
- ability to solve problems

- excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
