operations management:- supervise and manage the activities, to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.- plan and execute daily activities, assigning responsibilities and optimizing the operational model.- manage communication with stakeholders and address maintenance issues and staffing shortages.- manage human resources and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and efficiency of supplies.- comply with quality standards, safety regulations, health norms, and local laws.2.budget management and expense control:- manage budgets, analyze financial information, and control sales and profits.- drive growth opportunities by developing and launching new products, services, and business models.- coordinate and report to the committee for budget validation, annual master plan, and department deliverables.- optimize performance and profitability, mitigate risks, and propose prevention and control strategies.3.
