- doctor of medicine (m.d.) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (d.o.) degree required
- board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine. Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine are also acceptable.
- valid medical license
- three to five years medical experience
- good social skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- ability to lead change within work groups and departments
- demonstrates creative and critical thinking
- analytical and problem-solving skil

*responsibilities:
*1.overall health center operation oversight responsibility (management, programs, compliance, and personnel)
2.direct report support and management
3.medical examinations
4.disability/wc management
5.integrate with business partners (connection to the business)
6.responsible for the site emergency response program
7.support wellness/wellbeing initiatives at the site
