*accountabilities* / responsibilities*- _partner with us l01 - l07 people hiring managers as ta exclusive fronting to understand and fulfil external talent needs.- _guarantee end to end external recruitment process is properly executed:_- _facilitation of hiring manager intake meeting to align the process, slas and profile requirement_- _trigger external posting with hbs_- _- _- _collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed_- _create the oldf (offer letter detailed form) and send it to the hbs team to generate the offer letter_- _- _- _ensure good customer service and guarantee service level agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations_- _create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, and business requirements.
stay updated on pepsico's global tools and processes and market recruiting trends and techniques_- _develop a thorough knowledge of pepsico's us business and culture in order to identify the right external talent_- _develop and maintain strong working relationships with hbs operation to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results for their portfolio services considering both internal and external recruitment processes_- _leverage technology (ats, hiredscore, modern hire, etc.
