Lead a team of quality engineers at the (insert site) that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements working with operations, engineering, operations ame and sourcing.
you will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the quality system, product acceptance and, product quality.
*key responsibilities*:
- monitors and ensures the achievement of the quality system in all processes.
develop and implement the quality plan to guarantee the achievement of the client and company requirements (such as are the material and manufacturing specifications).
coordinates, monitors and supports the processes related to quality assurance.
participate in the implementation, monitoring of the statistical control of processes and participates as auditor of the same.
- selects, trains, evaluate and define the criteria of the quality inspector, also supervising the inspections and registrations carried out by itself.
realize the audit plan and the foreign object damage to the products and items thar require it (as the chemical containers).
supports the activities of npi, carrying on the necessaries procedures to ensure the quality.
define the characteristics of the first articles who most been integrate to the quality plan.
- ensure the correct function of the preventive actions to avoid the recurrents of internal leaks and externals leaks.
use the metedology rapid problem solving.
- maintains the recurrent communications with all the positions related with the functions and, in case of required, with the costumers and/or suppliers.
develop and coordinate the specials projects of the department or the company.
supports all the company goals and objectives.
assists to the training courses and promote the self-training.
realize all the activities related with the job to support the department or the general business operation.
- evaluates and distribute the non-conforming materials for the preventive and corrective actions generations.
follow the corrective actions generated by the costumer feedback and the findings during the auditories to the quality systems.
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree: industrials, mechanical or mechatronics engineer.
- advanced english level
- sap and office user.
- konwledge on iso 9001, as9100, nadcap, manufacturing and metal mechanics process.
- more than 5 yeras in the aerospace industry.
