*job description*:
- leverage and localize campaigns and collateral from corporate marketing team and customize for locally effective marketing
- evaluate, hire, and manage local marketing agencies
- leadership skills, as the position will have a team of 3 people in charge.
- understand the mexico, colombia & cac market, have a fresh “out of the box” way of thinking but the local knowledge to leverage local mediums.
- enthusiasm and drive to embrace the wd brand and think of innovative ways to make the brand grow in the region.
- experience working with promoters and measuring their success.
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, find successful new vehicles and new media, and track and analyze campaign effectiveness and roi.
- develop strategies, programs, campaigns and key messaging to drive greater adoption among target partner prospects in core markets and key verticals.
- analyze and report on all key marketing initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications*
required qualifications*:
- 8 years or more proven experience in channel marketing / marketing department ,ideally within an it environment.
- must speak english and spanish.
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications or equivalent experience.
*preferred qualifications*:
- digital marketing experience.
- is eager to learn and possesses a take charge attitude that works well with sales and other important cross functions (i.e. Business marketing, pr, etc).
- at least five years of experience in b2b& b2b2c marketing with a proven track record in building successful marketing programs
