what the job entails:
* answering customer questions by email, chat, and phone calls, and resolving urgent matters between customers and drivers.
* actively handling last-minute bookings and communicating with partner drivers.
* reviewing booking details, processing changes, and resolving complaints.
* flexible, rotating schedule (we operate on a 24-hour schedule with teams in merida, mexico, and prague, czech republic).
what we are seeking:
* full english proficiency (c1 - c2).
* fluent italian speakers are a big plus.
* optimistic individuals who want to grow professionally, with a built-in can-do attitude.
* people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
* effective communication with clients & drivers primarily in writing and over the phone.
* people who work effectively in a hyper-motivated international team and individually.
* ability to navigate through multiple systems (slack, ticketing and booking software, etc).
* hospitality, tourism, or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
