key responsibilities:
1. responsible for inventory accuracy (ira & ila indicators), drive strategies to improve inventory levels, implement and execute cycle counting methodology, analyze shift productivity, prevent errors and recommend corrective actions, oversee system strategy (focus on inventory).
2. ensure all applicable controls are implemented to maintain inventory integrity, responsible for matching systems information vs physical.
3. communicate inventory workload issues, inventory kpi’s and process improvement initiatives.
4. optimize performance indicators, control inventory rotation, order processing (fill-rate) and foster on-time deliveries.
5. develop, modify and maintain standard operating procedures (sop).
we are looking for:
* 5 years of verifiable experience in inventory, operations, and distribution centers.
* experience with wms or erp + ms office.
* proficient in english: intermediate - advanced.
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, international trade, or logistics.
