Requirements:- 4-6 years (preferably) in a position of quality control in which has performed audits, designed sop (operation procedures) and good knowledge of gxp's.- 2-4 years of experience in personnel management, required.- evaluates the needs the plant has and performs task analysis as support to the development of compliance training programs, technical areas and systems.- works jointly with the departments of the plant for the development of a training program that covers all the compliance requirements for each position.- responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all company guidelines related to health, safety and environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.- responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures.- experience working in a regulatory environment, such as fda/europe.- twi methodology certification (training within industry) is preferred.- leadership and coaching abilities are required.tipo de puesto: tiempo completohorario:- lunes a viernesprestaciones:- días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- seguro de gastos médicos- seguro de gastos médicos mayores- servicio de comedor- vales de despensalugar de trabajo: in person
