Job characteristics: responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Able to troubleshoot a resolve basic service support challenges. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Able to provide more technical service support: installation, calibration and ongoing maintenance. Developing an understanding of business, products/services, & account needs. Assists with training customers.education/work experience: secondary diploma or equivalent required and 1-3 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment.
