the role
we are looking for an account manager in the us market, to be based in mexico, to join our customer experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
what will you be doing:
* build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
* understand the client's needs and goals and be the go-to person for anything and everything related to the client's experience.
* identify upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
* analyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and create an action plan for each company you are going to deal with.
* recognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
* you will work hand in hand with other teams (sales, cx, product, engineering, finance) to achieve factorial's goals.
* you have strategic analytical abilities and exemplary organizational skills.
* you are tech-savvy.
* you have experience managing customer portfolios (b2b) for a minimum of 1 year.
* you have excellent communication skills and empathy.
* you are good at multitasking, problem solving and are a great team worker.
* you are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
* you have previous experience dealing with churn cases (retention).
* you have done upselling.
* you have worked through kpis.
* having experience with the b2b saas environment is a plus.
* a proficient level of english is required & professional spanish.
