position summary: we are seeking a dedicated and experienced account manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our existing medical service clients.
the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving service utilization, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our range of products and services.
key responsibilities: client relationship management: manage a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure service utilization is optimized.
renewal management: ensure timely renewal of contracts by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any client concerns promptly.
sales growth: identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to existing clients, thereby enhancing overall service utilization.
proposal and contract management: generate proposals, manage pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts across all medical and security service solutions for assigned clients.
collaboration: work closely with the sales and marketing department to ensure smooth and efficient client renewal processes, facilitate new customer onboarding, and conduct routine account reviews and reporting.
issue resolution: investigate and prepare responses to customer complaints and quality assurance events, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
market analysis: stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
qualifications: education: bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
experience: minimum of (x) years of experience in account management, preferably within the medical services or healthcare industry.
proven experience in managing accounts with multinational clients is essential.
skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
