Working as a full time mexico general ledger lead you will help our finance function develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
*responsibilities*:
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- guiding, developing and training others to achieve goals and optimize business results
- planning and organizing team activities to complete assigned tasks on time with a high level of accuracy
- leading statutory accounting planning, analysis and documentation activities
- coordinating external/internal audits, by gathering, organizing and analyzing audit data
- identifying and implementing system and procedural improvements to enhance efficiency
- preparing and analyzing foreign entity financial reporting for various international locations
- managing, performing and monitoring various general ledger activities
- coordinating and participating in development projects
- completing other tasks and responsibilities based on business needs

*o possess a degree in an accounting, business, finance, or related area and have a minimum of 5 years related work experience*
ofully bilingual (english and spanish)
