*key responsibilities*
*sales*:
- drive sales strategies to onboard distributors, formulators, and stakeholders.
- track sales activities, kpis, and productivity through hubspot crm.
- support sales meetings, provide technical/non-technical guidance, and resolve distributor disputes.
- collaborate with internal teams to optimize product performance and market positioning.
*marketing*:
- develop and manage innovative marketing strategies tailored to the mexican market.
- address the needs of t1, t2, t3 distributors, formulators, and white-label clients.
- oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective campaign execution.
*compliance & registration*:
- manage regulatory approvals and processes (cofepris, impi, etc.).
- ensure sales teams comply with legal and product standards.
*additional tasks*:
- engage with senior leadership to develop strategies for revenue growth.
- visit clients to understand challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- regularly update crm systems and provide insightful reports to the leadership team.
