- participate in the resolution of non-conformities.
- verify the inspection of the first article (fai) and incorporate and solve the findings.
- analyze requirements (develop concepts that initiate a tool order and harmonize purchase dates and rework related to tooling designs).
- participate in the optimization of operations that do not add value.
- implement and coordinate changes to production line configuration, flow and track change management process activities.
- provide technical support for the manufacturing processes of the production line.
- develop and optimize visual aids of the manufacturing sequence using ergonomic standards with the proper use of risk analysis methodology.
- promote decision-making based on cost-benefit analysis for adherence to the established budget of the department/program.
- you have1 to 2 years of experience in aeronautical or automotive companies.
- you have degree in aeronautics, electromechanical, electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering or similar.
- you have intermediate english (reading, writing and speaking).
- you have problem-solving skills.
- you have package handling (office).
- you have proficiency in lean manufacturing tools.
- you have knowledge in drawing interpretation, gd&t as well as basic/intermediate use of design software, catia preferred.
- you have knowledge in sap (desirable).
