we work with global clients to craft bespoke spirits, ensuring every detail is perfect, from recipe formulation to packaging design.
position: account/project manager responsibilities: serve as the primary point of contact between tsm and clients throughout the process of developing their new tequila or mezcal brand.
manage legal processes in mexico, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance and successful production.
oversee production schedules and address any potential issues with the production or procurement departments.
provide regular updates to clients, ensuring that they are satisfied and well-informed at every stage of the project.
handle customer inquiries and resolve any challenges that arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
track and report on project progress, customer interactions, and any issues that need resolution.
maintain high levels of communication with internal departments (e.g., design, procurement) to ensure project success.
conduct occasional travel to meet with clients, attend expos, and visit the distillery.
requirements skills & experience: bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in account or project management.
experience in managing customer relationships and delivering excellent service.
knowledge of the tequila or mezcal industry is a plus, but not required.
strong problem-solving abilities and executive presence.
fluency in english (c1 or higher) is mandatory.
benefits work conditions: full-time position, monday to friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
hybrid work model: 2 days a week in the office at tepatitlán de morelos, jalisco.
occasional travel to meet clients and attend expos.
